Welcome! There isn't going to be any in character intro, it wouldn't be very helpful probably. :D Instead, I'll just give you a few quick facts about Ashland. We used to be the Equines of Ashland but the new, shortened name sounds a bit better. We are made up of hybrid equine, Hybridae Equus, a made-up breed of horses. They can be any NATURAL color with ANY mutation, including those not on the list! -leh gasp- The horses are genetically based, color and mutation wise. Our monetary system is "Pebbles". You can buy extra mutations, customize foals and buy accessories! -dance- It's loads of fun, I promise! :D

It is currently: raining heavily, which should give the island 8-10 inches of rain today.
The spring season on this island is hot, humid..and wet. The humidity may increase a little by the end of the day, due to the heat and all the rain. While the tall trees keep most of the rain off the horses, those that roam the beaches and dunes get soaked to the bone in ten minutes flat. Hopefully the rain will let up and make it easier to reproduce and foal for the mares and stallions.
